you can see everything except his talent. that's the reason you should scout him. but the problem ocurs once you're out of scout reports, cuz at the time there's only 5 available each week.

Talent limits the maximum positional rating and the maximum of non-fitness stats a player can gain.

When you plan to spend lots of money ( you should not due your financial situation ) look for players from 2.5 stars talent and more.

What concerns me is that we have a serious situation here which a form of a blacklist would fix, yet we have a moderator who is throwing words around like "dumb" to describe it when he has consistently called for fair debating on topics in the past. To take such a hard stance against it, and then to demean anyone who is in favor of it is completely classless. It's one thing to be against a topic but phrases like "dumb" and "i can't believe we even need to discuss this" are going over the line, in my opinion.

The veterans on here know that scouting and reputation go a long way when you're looking at someone on the transfer market. But even then, people can lie about players when the scouting report doesn't even tell you about capped attributes. There's nothing that can fix that, unless you make those caps known on the scouting report or you create the blacklist for those managers who lie.

pstimpel, you're a good mod man, and I understand you're on the other side of the issue, but don't demean people for being in favor of one. This isn't your game and there are opinions contrary to yours!
