and i don't think you should just say that there is "No go" for such a list. i think this decision is up to the admins, not you and not me.

Of course! As long as the admins dont tell me other, I asume this is the way they like to have it.

It is IMO unbelievable that we need to discuss this. It should be normal that blacklisting is not a way to fix ANY problems.

I agree - who is going to be the judge, who the jury?

How do we know, that somebody is really a liar, or maybe only accused to be because he just turned down to reply to an pm-request and now the accuser seeks "wrong revenge" by putting him on the list.

Everybody acting on the FA Market has to take risks and act wisely - but the main point is still: the "elder experienced" know this - but day by day there are some newbies spending money for crap players, because they didnt spent a few minutes reading the newbie guide. We need to take precautions to teach them to think first and then act.

What Peter is doing by using his post in the Ad section is a first step - but again, this could be easily solved by posting a "warning" everytime somebody wants to access the FA Market and/or Ad Section.

And to be honest: i know what i do - in case i would be wrongly accused - i wouldnt even discuss - i would leave the game - and im sure, there would be some more doing this. Some would say "well he was guilty, now he left in shame" - so who cares in an virtual community, as long i know i acted the right way, im fine.

If everybody USES the scout report, and therefor dont buy from liars, it will fix by itself. Just like in real life.

Of course there will be new liars, doing the same then. Do you really think you will stop lying by creating such a dumb blacklist? Come on, Mark.

i think it would definitly prevent people from lying. of course. do you think anybody would wanna be on a black list? especially in such a good community, where everybody knows each other kinda? ( that's at least the case for "older" gi managers.
however, i can see why you are against such a list, and i can't really say i completely disagree. BUT it's up to the admins. that's why i didn#t understand that you stated that it's no go. that's all that confused me. other than that, i agree, scout reports do help, but i think we should make new members more aware of that.
maybe in addition to posting about it in the ads section( which you did very well pstimpel), the admins could also write a quick note about that matter on the search for players page.

I am quite sure the admins will follow me there, they did similar action in the past. That is why I am allowed to write this "no go", based on experience from the past.

And I can add: if the admins allow to create a public blacklists moderated by users, I will quit my moderator job immediately. I was asked to use my brain when I started this, based on basic human ideals - and a blacklist does not match with any of my ideals.

Sorry for worse english.

We are talking about Talent, and talent is not visible on the transfer market. To know it you need to scout the player, which costs money. Sometimes people ask the selling manager via PM about the talent, and receive a wrong or no answer. Other selling managers create ads for their players, and the ads are not true.
