Now those standards in the guide are correct... for a team that has been around for a while but no new team will be able to achieve that. New teams will see that and get the impression that you HAVE to have those standards. with a bizarre game like GI, those standards are hardly necessary. Stupid QB and slow WR are plentiful in this game. 9/10 speed/str te catching a pass from a 6 intel qb still dominate the game.

There is two ways you can approach the start of the game.
Either just run with what you have or strip it down and start from scratch.
I think new teams should just run with what they have and add as you go. most of the teams that have started from scratch are still in the lower leagues.
the first strategy has been shown to work while the second strategy is still a work in progress.
