5-3-3 Defense: please explain each number:

5 is obviously the 5 Linemen

3 is 3 middle linebackers? or one middle linebacker and one left/one right?

the last 3: 3 safties? or 1 safety and 2 cornerbacks??

what is the best 5-3-3 defense?

There is no definite best way, each manager will hav their version

It could be 3MLB or 1 of each

And the other 3 is likely to be 2CB's and one Safety
