My opinions are the only ones consistently supported by facts. Your opinions are just barely-coherent ramblings.

Yes, you are awesome. Just ask yourself if you need confirmation. I could care less if you can barely comprehend my opinion that Miami stunk it up again on the draft or that Henry is a much better back than the injury prone Drake. These are facts and you're a wrong for suggesting otherwise or that it is 'barely coherent. Why did they stink it up? Well a lot depends on the 1st round pick. Let's face it, Tunsil is a risky pick. He'll probably be a guard to start out and hopefully he develops and stay out of the temptations of Miami nightlife. So we'll see. The 2nd round pick involved Miami moving up 4 spots and giving up their 2nd and 4th round picks. Okay corner, probably the best left on the board at that time, but he's not a sure thing either. Review of his game are mixed, but he may pan out. Then there's Drake, one of the most injury prone players in the draft. Never played a complete season in college without injuries and a couple of them major surgery. If he can stay healthy, great, but what did they do to help Tannebomb? Maybe some line help if the 1st round pick pans out long term, but in my OPINION making a move to pick up Henry would have been a lot better. Now they can suck it up for another season and look for a new QB next year when everyone finally realizes that he isn't the man. The difference between me and you is that I don't need to drop in insults, direct or indirect just to make myself feel better

So basically you think Miami had a bad draft because Henry is a better player than DRake.

But Miami picked Drake in the 3rd and Henry went in the 2nd. What isnt clear to you about that?

Set aside the pure hater judgement on Tunsil who is widely considered a huge steal: here you are just somehow hoping he is bad because his only off the field problems stem from defending his mother.

The right comparison is, if you have to, Henry vs. Howard. Picking a player at a devalued position which fields one guy at a time often in part time roles versus picking a player at one of the most valuable position which fields 3 starters/major contributor at the same time (2 outside, 1 nickel). If talent is close I pick the cb everyday and twice on sundays, especially with the huge need we had there and the certainty we werent going to find a starting caliber guy in the third.

Then about helping Tannehill: what about drafting 3 WR/TE 1 RB with good hands to help on checkdowns and stuff and the best OL prospect? Change everything for Derrick "plodding" Henry?

And the incoerence lays in the last lines: you advocate for the dolphins to help Tannehill but state that anyway "he is not the guy" and "they will get rid of him next season". So why need to help him and not just draft the best guys available?

No, I was pretty clear. I do think Miami had a mediocre draft, bordering on bad (my words were, 'stunk it up' AND I think Henry is hands down a better back than Drake. You would have to go back to earlier in this thread to see when someone else claimed, point blank, that they thought Drake was better than Henry. So no need to keep scratching or thinking.
I was also pretty clear on my analysis of each pick through the first 3 rounds and of course, Tannebomb stinks and they should be getting rid of him, sooner rather than later. These are similar to my thoughts on Cutler, another QB that fools people into thinking they can somehow raise their game any further, when they can't and they have proven so already. Just give em one more season, this will be the year! Then I have to listen to clowns tell me that Cutler had a great season last year, well, that's some pretty good smoke and mirrors. A good season is first getting your team to the playoffs and then have a good showing in the playoffs. When you are hovering around 6-8 wins, I'm not buying it. Tebow could do better and did.
I could care less if Miami had somehow, anyhow, picked Henry or not.......but to simply say (as someone else did) that Henry just wouldn't work in their system is silly talk. For you to suggest that Henry is a 'plodder', just means that you didn't watch him much last season. Watch some of his long runs and you will see he is a back that pulls away from dbs, suggesting that his top speed is higher than his 40 time. His long TD run of 74 yards would support this. I look for him to have a pretty good rookie season, much like Gurley last season........who did miss the first 6 games if I remember correctly, before showing his worth.
My comments about getting rid of Tannebomb are just that, my thoughts. They won't and neither will the Bears get rid of Cutler. They should, but they won't, there just aren't that many great QBs to go around. Now you say they should just draft the best guys available? Well, they didn't do that, except for maybe their 1st selection, so nice going.
I will be surprised if Miami wins more than 8 games and equally surprised if the Bears were to do so

Henry needs to have a long run to build up speed.
If you looked at him and not just paid attention to the long run but looked at holes he was running through and quickness acceleration and change of direction skills you could have an idea. He has good top speed (not Chris Johnson-esque but good) but backs dont make their living with top speed. Has poor footwork and poor channge of direction, underlined by bad 20shuttle and 3cone. He is not Gurley by some miles, dont draft him

We will agree to disagree and then see how he does. I'm not a big fan of 40 times, 20 shuttle and 3 cone or any other drill you want to run. Pad em up, put a ball in their hands and let's see what they can do on the field in a game situation. I will take a big back that can grab the ball 400 times in a collegiate season or about 30 carries per game with 5.6 yds/carry numbers in the SEC. That's a lot of speedy dbs he is doing that to with his 'poor footwork and poor change of direction'. Touch base with you after the season on this one

Drake is not Todd Gurley either. Why draft Drake?

That is why they are called the Lolphins. Good pick up there Flames. Although the proof is in the massive contacts with little results and the awesome mediocre win record they collect under Philbin for so many years.
