He's a good rb, thought I made that clear earlier. He has some issues, that is also clear. FSU has a good track record of getting elite players out of trouble, but it doesn't change anything I said.

Back on topic, Miami will be no better than last season, so nice draft

The problem with your opinions is they're terrible. Dalvin Cook has issues? Do tell. You mean being acquitted of misdemeanor battery after the jury deliberated for 12 minutes?

Well, I think your opinions are terrible, so we're right back to everyone is entitled to their opinion. Delvin Cook got off, nothing more, nothing less. Another win for the FSU athletic department. He is still a very good RB and still has issues, so that makes him a good fit for Miami. You seem to think your opinion is the only one that matters, so good for you.

I don't think it was a great draft from Miami but it certainly wasn't terrible. Tunsil was a no brainer. Eh, maybe not taking Henry in the second was a mistake but it is hardly a franchise defining mistake. Miami's issue is that unlike some other teams they need to draft better than others to catch up. Plus maybe they give up on Tannehill this year and go all out for a QB next year (who they might actually be able to protect with Tunsil).

Think you might have touched on something here. I'm a Patriots fan, so Tannehill sucking brings me pleasure, but the guy's been sacked an average of 46 times a season since he's been in the league. That's almost three times per game. The sack total isn't the sole reason Tannehill's struggled to progress, but I'm sure it's a factor.

Tannebomb sucks, he is inconsistent. He runs for his life, sure, but so to 90% of QBs in the NFL. It's simple, he struggles with the speed of the game. If he figures it out, then he can turn it around and the OL is now better, so perhaps he can. But if he doesn't do something this season, when do you cut him off? Same in Chicago, if Cutler can't get it done, nix him and move on already. I can save you all some time, a few good games, a lot of costly mistakes and falling short of expectations.

one guy and you're excited, let me tell you what will happen............he will have a decent year, Tannebomb will look good, then look bad, then look good, then look bad....they will finish no better than 9-7, but I'm betting on 8-8

Everybody is entitled to his opinion but your opinion has no valid arguments to show.

Your opinion is based on the assumption that an athletic department can and will systematically influence courts to save some players who are notorious thugs, but of course you have no proof to back up what you are saying.

I can have the opinion that earth is flat but I have no arguments to show for it

My opinions are the only ones consistently supported by facts. Your opinions are just barely-coherent ramblings.

That is a lot of sacks (and Luck has also taken quite a few hits as a comparison though). Getting hit that often won't help any quarterback. Maybe it isn't a bad thing to give Tannehill another go without being hit so repeatedly.

It seems to have little cost given they can follow through with my plan above if it doesn't work. As you say though he has struggled to progress under these conditions so it is also quite possible that Tannehill had potential he won't reach due to the all the sacks (But this scenario is the same as him just being bad normally as long as the line holds up for the next guy).

Sure many quarterbacks go through similar problems but this one could have affected him more. Good quarterbacks are exceptionally rare so you need to make sure you get the most out of what you get in this area. Think about it, Dalton is one of the greatest QBs (top 16 anyway) currently playing the game and is frequently considered average or a bit above it. I am also convinced that Cutler was a franchise qb that has been wasted (and probably can't be turned into one at this point so the bears may as well start over though hopefully they will manage the next one better).

You have to plan for life without a Brady or a Manning but take any opportunity you have to get one.

Remind me what other team in the nfl has 4 first rounders on the o line? Oh yeah Dallas with the best offense in the nfl, they call that potential.
