Exactly! So why bother drafting a rb high when average talents can get the job done?

Um, because I was being sarcastic. They are both above average backs in my opinion,

We aren't talking about drafting a rb high, the 2nd round is perfectly fine to grab a great talent at this position and Miami failed to do so

Which part of "more pressing need at a more important position with player on a same level talent available" you didnt understand?

Nobody, and I mean NOBODY criticized Miami for not drafting Henry. It is fine criticizing the trade up and the choice of that particular player but no one in his right mind would say Miami needed something more than a CB. If there was available a clear-cut first round talent (like Jack) it was worth avoiding the need but when we picked there wasnt such talent available.

i dont want to be that guy but i say henry is a bust he has no jukes

He'll be a decent enough straight line runner though so will have a place, but won't be the next AP. More Brandon Jacobs 2.0

Agree. Complementary back, likely short career.

Maybe by you, I was responding to a relevant issue with Cook. He is trouble, but would fit in well at Miami and their locker room issues. Typical FSU player, always in trouble with the law, slapping women around. Pathetic, really

You're better than this.

Or maybe you're not.

I will scoop him up in fantasy, though I would agree he is more of a Jacobs than an AP for sure. If he can stay healthy, unlike Jacobs, then it bodes well for the length of his career. He took almost 400 carries last season in the SEC, that's a good sign

Why all the personal sly attacks? 'maybe you are or you're not', wth is that all about? We are all entitled to our opinions

He's a good rb, thought I made that clear earlier. He has some issues, that is also clear. FSU has a good track record of getting elite players out of trouble, but it doesn't change anything I said.

Back on topic, Miami will be no better than last season, so nice draft

The problem with your opinions is they're terrible. Dalvin Cook has issues? Do tell. You mean being acquitted of misdemeanor battery after the jury deliberated for 12 minutes?

Teams never get better.

Everything is always the same.

FSU is a stereotype and football players are too. If a player is accused of something is always guilty, even though he manages to get by being saved by corrupt institutions.

What a sad world.

I don't think it was a great draft from Miami but it certainly wasn't terrible. Tunsil was a no brainer. Eh, maybe not taking Henry in the second was a mistake but it is hardly a franchise defining mistake. Miami's issue is that unlike some other teams they need to draft better than others to catch up. Plus maybe they give up on Tannehill this year and go all out for a QB next year (who they might actually be able to protect with Tunsil).

Think you might have touched on something here. I'm a Patriots fan, so Tannehill sucking brings me pleasure, but the guy's been sacked an average of 46 times a season since he's been in the league. That's almost three times per game. The sack total isn't the sole reason Tannehill's struggled to progress, but I'm sure it's a factor.

I'm excited to see what the team is capable of with a good offensive line
