I'd always assumed that injured players didn't get any training points for that week. My LB who got injured today is working on his soft caps (these are the only players that I track the decimals for) and I noticed his decimals increased, so that's good to know! I don't know why I thought they didn't, I guess I'd just never had a player pop a skill level on the same week they got injured.

Weird, I track the decimals and have had plenty of times where they didn't increase. This includes the day they get injured.

Yeah it is weird but I double checked and I definitely upped his decimals from last week's training report.
He went up in Agility from 19.22 to 19.62 and Tackling from 19.72 to 19.77. I don't track his blocking decimals.
He has TW 11 and is 27 yrs old so doesn't get a training penalty and he was training defending/agility.
I think he got 8 std points (from 10 +/- 2), 5.5 from TW (could be rounded up or down), 20 from coaches and 20 from training hall which would give him approx 53.5.
75% of 53.5 = 40.125 which would fit with his agility increase.
10% of 53.5 = 5.35 which would fit with his tackling increase
So I guess he got 5% toward blocking.
I was definitely surprised and i'm sure Gatr and PR will tell me later that i'm wrong

I had a look around at various old threads on the subject and it isn't actually written anywhere or confirmed by admins but the consensus is that they don't gain training points. Common sense would suggest they don't and I think that's also why I originally thought they couldn't, so I guess i'm mistaken and this increase is actually from last week. My player will still be injured next friday so i'll check again then just to be 100% sure.
Well I can tell you my injured receiver didn't gain anything this week.

Could be a glitch, we will let the admins know so they can take the points away from the mentioned players that inadvertently received them. All I can say is that none of my injured players have ever received points while injured, even in the final stages of recovery.

I'm probably just mistaken but if it is a glitch then maybe it's to make up for the number of injuries I get
