Skive Gypsies v Badgers
Badgers’ season starts to heat up here on in. I know these are my biased predictions, but sadly might need to give it to the gypsies on this one..boo...pesky gypsies...
Gypsies win – 42-35

...

Woah, easy now - you are on top of the league.
I really hope to clinched this one, but in my book you are the stronger team right now.
Looking forward to this game.

A fantastic win, 4 teams on 5-1

Division of Hell - Season 4
3.7 Season 6
2.3 Season 8
Regional Cup Winners - Season 8
TD Season 9
IV.25 Season 26

Can I just ask - why do people keep playing a 4-3 or 3-4 D when everyone's O is playing 2TE+2WR with no rushing? It strikes me that you should play nickel or dime D, although I haven't quite seen a direct influence on shutting down passing O's yet...

Well I've kept playing the 4-3 because it has worked the best for me up to now. There's been plenty of discussion elsewhere on the forums about the defences. The consensus seems to be to put your best 11 defenders on the field whatever the formation. And the 3 SF D only works if you have 3 good safeties, I don't have this. Plus one of the SFs I played yesterday was recovering from injury. (I've had 3 SFs injured over the last 4 weeks.)
However, after scouting Mirastar's QB and the receiver that got the most TDs and yards yesterday, it's a puzzle why they did so well. My D has given up much less against much better players.

Hmmmm yep fair point - have been trying to put out extra DBs to hamper better passing Os, with a little bit of an effect I think...now I just need to work out why the Gypsies seem to be one of the few teams that can run the ball effectively

Tactics, formations, pass over run, 4-3 or 3-4 or whatever Defence, seems to me that I really have been lucky over the last 3 seasons with teams going BOT cos i'm still playing this game blind.

I'm not sure which of my players are best in there respective positions so I end up playing them anywhere, with a couple of exceptions. Can score points to a degree but might as well give every team 20 points headstart. I wouldn't know if or when players attributes are maxed.

But I will not give up. May get relegated, maybe more than one division even but will keep on going. What's the other option quit & start again. Only way I start again is if I go bust & I've been close to that a couple of times too.
