The Regional Cup was bugged yesterday and all the games finished 0-0 with no match text in any of them. The solution from the Admins was to run the matches on Friday. Now this had huge impact on those managers that were depending on the financial income of the Cup match before the economy update the following day. The Admins chose to ignore this, despite multiple managers had made them aware of it and the result sadly is the game loosing teams.

to be fair, yes he was in some financial troubles, but had made plenty of cuts as developed his stadium some. he should have been fine to come out of it ok.

I'm talking about warnings to the Admins, not Dave. He would have been fine if he had received his Cup income Tuesday, but since he didn't he went bankrupt Wednesday morning. Pretty stupid mistake by the Admins ...

they need to give him his team back now before Friday.

this is just unethical as some managers balance their finances very tight and if Dave was waiting for his cup income its not his fault that he was in the red again. he was a supporter and deserves their support on a mistake they made.

I second that.

Also I think that the end of season prize money needs looking at, teams that are winning div 5 leagues 16-0 against mostly BOT teams get the same (if not more) than teams finishing 5th,6th,7th etc in TD. In the real world (& yes I know this is a game)that would be like saying Notts County(winners Div 2) get more than Sunderland(mid table Prem). Surely that is part of the desire of the game, to win games therefore getting more money, therefore getting better players to win more games, to eventually win trophies & become the best.

I'm not saying that the prize money in the lower leagues is too high but the prize money in the higher leagues against mostly Top quality human managers(except that crappy Tingting)is too low given the wages of the type of players you need to even stay in leagues.

Rant over

It could be done, but it would require a redesign of the salary/financial structure, and potentially creating a bigger gap between top and bottom. Not something that is good for an online manager game.

There is no way that teams in the higher divisions should have significantly bigger prize money than teams in lower divisions. They should be self sufficient and reliant on their own income from attendances.

Along with training, tactics (haha) and construction, club economy is a part of your management duty for your team. Admins should not always pander to the needs of the managers. However I do agree with the prvious messages that the recent bankruptcy should be put right by the Admins. They are accountable.
