week 4 Predictions

Badgers v Trainagades

ooh those sneaky badgers, they certainly do get up to some dirty tricks. having already sneaked onto the pitch and set up many numerous and devious pit-traps, badgers coach stoo already looks to be gloating in a dick dastardly fashion. but of course, as it is in a dick dastardly fashion it will almost certainly all blow up in his face, possibly leaving stoo slightly burned and covered in soot. even so, badgers win 35-28 (cue small dog laughing in a wheezing way)

Eng.Steel v Juan Renegades

Dave's woes continue i suspect at the hands of the very strong renegades. talking of which, does anyone remember the TV show renegade with reno raines?
He was a cop, and good at his job. But he committed the ultimate sin, and testified against other cops gone bad. Cops that tried to kill him, but got the woman he loved instead. Framed for murder, now he prowls the badlands. An outlaw hunting outlaws, a bounty hunter, a Renegade..
this of course has no relevence to the match..
renegades win 42-21

Bulldogs v Min.Packers

bot stomp

Skive Gypsies v Mir.Saints

Prob game of the week in TD. Gypsies have looked very strong so far this season and will probably be a shade too much for the saints. either way, look for a jolly exciting match. i for one will probably have this one on in the background whilst i enjoy a leisurely brunch on sat. morning (probably a fry up for those interested). Gypsies win 45-28

Phalanx v Team Zero

Team Zero hasn't had the best of starts to the season, but still remain a dangerously unpredictable team. capable of putting up lots of points quickly, but at the same time, capable of conceeding a similar amount. i think if phalanx put in a solid, normal perfomance then this will be a comfortable win. phalanx wins 42-31

i would say big upset for the saints over the gypsies, but the saints team is looking very strong this season.
even so, still a surprise.

lol
i think schedule has been a little kind to me this season. still have quite a few players not yet on full BPOS, fortunately the others on the team seem to be picking up the slack so far. still have a lot of the big guns still to come

Not surprised to lose to the Saints, they beat me in the cup last season too but I was surprised to score only one TD

Looks like Aaløkke is in better form than Periša.
I find it strange that he had such a bad game.

English steel v Team Zero
Important match for those playing in the drop zone. All wins are vital in TD and both teams will be looking to pick one up here. Steel showed some good offense early on last week against the badgers, but sadly fell away as the match progressed. Look for a possibly similar format here. Will prob trade off early before Zero puts up some points.
Team Zero wins – 42-28

Juan Renegades v Min.Packers
Packers seem to be suffering a bit so far this season, quite an unfriendly schedule has left them with an unflattering record. They are certainly a better team than the scores to date have suggested. However, i suspect this is not the week they turn it around, dem renegades are jolly good at this football thang yo.. that's right, i can talk street, fo sho

A.for drizzle
renegades win 42-31

Bulldogs v Trainagades

Skive Gypsies v Badgers
Badgers’ season starts to heat up here on in. I know these are my biased predictions, but sadly might need to give it to the gypsies on this one..boo...pesky gypsies...
Gypsies win – 42-35

Phalanx v Mirastar Saints
Another very interesting matchup. The saints showed their class against the gypsies, and it’s that form they’ll be looking to bring to this game. Saints’ strength lies in its defence and it will be put to a pretty stern test against phalanx. Whilst oneknee will try and convince you that he needs to fix lots of things on his team, don’t believe a word of it, this team is still very good.
Phalanx win – 41 - 35

Woah, easy now - you are on top of the league.
I really hope to clinched this one, but in my book you are the stronger team right now.
Looking forward to this game.

Team Zero v English Steel, think you may just have the scores the wrong way round, but I'll do my best.
