At the given time I don't think it would have made a significant difference in the game. It was a weird game where suddenly none of us could score point. I got lucky in the end and made a big play with two broken tackles that sealed the game. That game was another example of how high end matches are determined... flip a coin and you get the result.

I have no explanation to why our defences played so well that day, as my defense have played a lot worse against a lot worse opponent. It all comes down to "spice", which is why it is so frustrating, since it is impossible to figure out how to stop an offense.
