But he hasn't played enough to have a rating equal to or in excess of his talent? AND, his numbers are all minimal ...

How could 'talent' be the only answer?

although i have a 3.5* bpos player with 1.5* experience!?!
i think i remember some1 saying they have a random factor to increase them and talent hasnt been confirmed to affect bpos or experience but im not sure
maybe a non noob can give you more insight or a link to another thread where it was discussed???

That is crazy ... i've had the worst luck with bpos and exp.
