admins do have a point though every new player who put construction on their 1k seat stand would want it reverted back.

It's part of the game man lot of us have made that mistake. What if with every mistake you make you ask the admin to revert it back IMO it wouldn't be fun anymore.

But there is a difference of making a mistake that is your own fault and making a mistake based on official information.

Karma set the number of seats for construction which was more than FAQ limit value. He saw that could build more and confirmed that action. There was no mistake, he wanted to build the number he wanted.

When you enter by construction the number of seats that is over the limit than the system corrects you number to max possible value. If the system doesn't correct your value, that means there is still place to build. This is common knowledge.

It is true, that he was initially mislead by FAQ (although we spoke about it in forum) but when he saw he can go over the FAQ number he did intentionally, there was no mistake about that. Why he did it and how he reacted is his personal thing but such a behaviour (he was also re-correcting moderators stars for swearing in his own post) we won't tolerate to nobody. He isn't a G-I martyr at all. He is clever, devoted and provocative but he must learn that there are limits - for everyone.

I don't think that there is a feeling of Martyrdom for Karma, more that it's an issue that we keep seeing and we hope is addressed. Information has a way of trickling out through the forums and not making it to the needed places in a timely fashion. I read the forums as much as anybody not named Peter, and I still miss bits of info that fly around. As a community I don't think we want to debate the merits of Karma's ban. It made sense for the ban, most will agree with that. We just want to chime in where we think the game can hit higher levels

This doesn't answer the true concern and your statement here is misleading. If I go out right now and try and build the exact number of seats that I have left to build for my stadium, it will not correct my value, even though there is nothing left to build.

Yes, you can enter 999999 and it will correct you to the maximum, and maybe that's what he should have done, but if he entered anything over what the assumed max was and the system took it, why should he keep playing with numbers to see what the true max is? That's not his job.

The real concern is that there was a very outdated FAQ posted for your game which caused a user to make a mistake based on that information. When he informed you about it you would not fix the mistake. That's poor customer service. If he would have made the mistake on his own, then of course he shouldn't get a "do over", but it was made because of the FAQ.

He should not have sworn and all that, but I can understand his frustration. Remember, communication is the key to doing business properly in any country. And you're trying to do business in EVERY country...
