Let me share an observation with you. I have had four people come into my league. They start off with a decent team and are whipping the bot teams handily. Within four weeks they can't whip a wet paper bag. The reason ? Trying to fast track . Take a shortcut. Training on intense. Once you wear your players down you might as well start the cheerleaders. It's none of my business how you run your team . But somebody's got to save you from yourself. Take it for what it's worth.

Is this a helping hand for the new players, because then maybe you could join the mentor program.

You're right! Training on high is one of the main-faults by rookies. And therefore it might be a main-reason why players drop out (back out? get out? step out? bail out? What the hell is the correct english word? )

There should be a warning on Training-Sheet:

WARNING!!!
Training on high intensity will cause painful losses!

A little follow up. Here I am in a bidding war on a kicker because he's got a ten in blocking. When I happen to notice his salary is one tenth of my total weekly salary for 60 or seventy players. Luckily I wasn't the last bidder. You guys better be careful out there buying all those high priced high rated guys . You'll go broke.
