A little follow up. Here I am in a bidding war on a kicker because he's got a ten in blocking. When I happen to notice his salary is one tenth of my total weekly salary for 60 or seventy players. Luckily I wasn't the last bidder. You guys better be careful out there buying all those high priced high rated guys . You'll go broke.

Well a lot of new players bid like crazy for players figuring if the price is high its got to be a good player... if the players is more than 50k i stay away and i never bid over 20 inless its a HUGE need for the team

I always felt its better building your own players than buying them

All well and good - howeverrookies will make rookie mistakes. I changed my training to high for today as it is the off season, by next week wednesday i will re change it to normal - im hoping as a rookie this won't destroy my players and my season.

As for training players, until i have played this game for a while i won't be paying for it. Therefore training your players becomes more difficult - so bidding is the only way to find a bit of quality for your side.

Yeah you'll go through a bunch. That's why I don't like to pay over about five or ten K .I'm strictly trying to upgrade talent. I'm happy to grab a four star. Just remember you're paying for something that's been rejected by somebody who's doing the same as you.

i tend to check their team out first to see if i can see why they are selling a 4 star player

case in point. I just bought a 5 star talent DL who is 16 years old for 5.5k and he has 19 teamwork (highly trainable) and 16 consistency......most of those hyper trained guys are not highly talented...

Feels like I hit the jackpot as his stats aren't bad either...

He was on the transfer list, just got lucky with the talent. Sometimes I look to see if experienced clubs are bidding for players, they may have scouted them ahead of time for you

Energy changes on training update every Fridays at 04:00 AM depending on your training intensity. Normal intensity raises energy by 0-2%, with low energy raises by 3-6% and with very low energy raises by 5-6%, while high intensity lowers energy by 3-6% and very high lowers energy by 5-10%.
