Completely biased here, but objectively as I can, Vernon Hargreaves III is the best CB available. He is beyond ready for the next level and could have easily come out a year ago. Whichever team lands him will be the steal of the draft. Any team that can pick up a lock down corner late in the 1st round should be very happy

he doesnt fit in a press zone scheme that dolphins run

The Dolphin defensive scheme as a whole doesn't work. So maybe they should get the players first, then fit the scheme best suited. Not the other way around.

they are getting the players to run something similar to the bengals scheme, which seems to work rather well. If you look at the bengals roster youll notice they have a thing for long corners that can press.

One important factor is that the Bengals actually have good players on defense all over.

Whilst I don't agree that he's the best CB in the draft (Ramsey is, and no Ramsey isn't a safety before anyone says it), Hargeaves will definitely transition very well. There's been some talk of the Ravens trading down (seriously hope they don't!) but if they do I hope they can managed to get someone like Hargreaves, although I suspect he goes at 9 to the Bucs.

ramsey is widely considered the best player in the draft

Top 5 if 2 QBs weren't being selected 1 + 2.

With his 4.4 speed, he could fit any scheme they want to run. The Dolphins should really pick the best players and then set the scheme, but I figured you would have some reason. Hargreaves went on cruise control all season last year for the Gators. He will still be the cream of the crop when it all sorts out in another year or two.

Ramsey is good, definitely not a safety, but you have to go back to Hargreaves sophomore year to see what you're really getting. I respect all your opinions, so not trying to sway you. It is a defensive heavy draft, but lock down corners and beast DE's are premiums. I would love for him to end up on the Ravens, but they already picked an OL player

Doesn't matter now. The really need CB and S help. But there isn't gonna be much left by the time they get to pick again.

Probably should aim for aafety T.J green from Clemson with their next pick.

Taking arguably the best player in the draft at 13

Fins had greater needs, but you simply don't pass on that.
