Thanks. Knew the information was somewhere. Had a great read. Just wondering does it pay to buy the youth academy this early in the game, or just keep buying VIP seats ?

If at all. I have an upgraded youth academy and often wonder if it is worth the investment. Many will tell you it is but I do agree it should be the last upgrade you consider.

YA costs $380K per season.

I have gotten 3-5 players per year from it that I'd be happy to pay that for.

Just looking at page 1 of my players sold - last player dates back to 4/5/2014 (so approx 1.5 seasons ago) - I have sold YA players not good enough for my squad since then for a total of $1.195M.

And I have a lot of keepers too!

Looks like a good deal to me!

Woot! Three Division wins so far, although i am not doing so well in the friendlies.

Am loving the game, wish it would move a little faster. But as yet have not got a decent 4 star from YA. I have been lucky to get a 3.5, but thats about the limit. May be lucky next week.

Good job. Keep going.

If I could say one thing, I'd be removing the older players from your roster asap. The 32yo KR for example is costing you $2.5K per week, but is not getting any better other than gaining BPOS. But he reitres at the end of the season, so still a complete waste as he is taking up game time others could use.

Same goes for you 32yo LB.

That is $84K plus 56 games of gaining bpos wasted by the end of the season when they retire.

Fired the 2 retirees,and now looking for a few good younger players to retire/fire a couple more that are next to go.
