I hire doctors only, if an important player, who has no backup, is injured. And I fire them again, as soon as that player is healthy again.

I guess that's one tactic to employ if you don't mind wasting the signing bonus every time you sign them. How often do you have to do this? Have you considered whether having the doctors in the first place could've stopped the injury from happening and whether that would be more cost effective?

I've had doctors for some time and they didn't stop one of my WRs getting injured for 22 days recently. However, they did get him fully fit within a week and ready for the next league game.

It happened once in the last 4 seasons.
But there are only 1-2 positions, where this can happen and I am working on them as well. For all others I have an equal replacement or I can adjust tactics.

I have monitered my injuries this season. With fitness hall and 20 doctors, around 50 rostered players, I have had 3 injuries, all have fully healed before next training update. Probably get 1 more before the end of the season.
My season has been just like your season 16, ridiculous amount of injuries, length of injury and starters getting injured on most of them

Do you have full docs?
I was compelled to buy them after last season, the season before was similar as well.
If you do already have full docs, then that is extremely bad luck to get that many injuries

Yes, I've had full doctors since many moons ago, probably my 2nd or 3rd season. Just a bad luck season..............I guess. Too many starters though. I have a pretty big roster, so odds are there is a higher chance of starters getting it

Shouldn't a large roster decrease the odds of any injury being on a starter? I mean you can have at max 30 starters.
