Spot wasting money on imports. Build as many VIP seats as you can in a empty side of your stadium.

I'd sell that huge wage safety asap. And use that money to pay for seats. His wages would pay for 49 VIP seats each week.

yes, dont go over $5K per week wages for any player.

so you wanna try and remove any player that is 25 or older from your roster. training become crappy from 28 and older. and a new team will take 2-3 seasons to get to a stage where you can by fitness coaches and fitness hall.

there is a couple of threads in the rookie section. although outdated, they are a good source of info for a new team. jusat use this season and a developemental and trial period.

1. sign a sponser

2. build as many vip seats as you can.

3. identify your talent and switch players to correct postions. (players are just randomly assigned position when a new team is generated).

4. train speed and strength only depending position.

5. replace old players (ie 25 or older), cheapest way to do this is to use your weekly youth pull. this will take time, but will be a huge benefit in the future.
