If his speed caps high, he could work at safety, if speed and strength are both good (16+), he could be a good MLB.

His 3* talent will hurt him. You would be able to sell him and you might get lucky and get quite a bit for him, but I wouldn't expect a million if that's what you're hoping for.

But if not the first guy depends on other skills as hi position is able to change.

Possible - new "founded" teams can also have a 16yo with 46 Weeks in team
