You are experienced enough to have an idea

From my side - since i dont like high consistency dont count on me to jump in...

...2 Mill should be easily in for either of them.

Physicals doesnt matter close to as much as catching (and agility a bit) anyway, so you could have succes with a 11 speed/11 strenght guy too as long as he had high enough skills (a couple of lvls higher than if he had 19 spd IMO, maybe a bit less, maybe a bit more )

True but I could train either player to at least 17 in skills and probably wouldn't go any further due to the salary restrictions. As such I'm more interested in BPOS v Physicals, specifically the 0.5 BPOS difference between a 4 and 4.5 talent v 18 v 10 Strength.

I dont care that much about INT on my Kicker - but Consistency at Kicker is something i really value - one starting who will be replaced next season is at Con 18 only - 3 backups/trainees -> all at CON20

Since your current kicker is only a 1,5* Talent -> max BPOS 3,5*

The 3,5* Talent guy can get to BPOS 4,5*

So yes - > make him Kicker/Punter
