whats more important in the beginning - "le money" or starting training youth talents ? (or both)

cant have high wages if you cant afford them. also you cannot have better training staff if you cannot afford them either.

Agree! You wont get enough for him to make up for losing a good potential QB.. If he was 4,5* I wouldve taken the money (maybe )

Back when i was in DIV 4 i was excited to have such a guy...

...even now in TD i would love to have such a youth pick to develop.

If you dont need the money: keep and develop him
