Well, we're off to a poor start. Not too good of a performance against Brazil, and stuck in meetings at work so didn't have time to set game orders this morning for the game against Denmark as planned. My apologies to the active Norwegian managers

After a horrendous 0-2 start to the qualification, Team Norway has bounced back with three straight wins, and are currently 2nd in Group A with one game to go.

The two best teams in the group qualify for the World Cup. Denmark are already qualified, thanks to four straight victories before falling to Norway last week. Norway at 3-2 and Brazil at 2-3 can both take the 2nd spot, depending on the outcome of the last qualification game.

Norway needs to win against Belgium to qualify. Norway can also qualify with a loss IF Brazil loses to Denmark.
Because of the points differential, Brazil is certainly guaranteed a spot if they win against Denmark and Norway at the same time lose versus Belgium.

Our goal of qualifying for the World Cup is in other words within reach, but nowhere near guaranteed.

Team Norway has been doing some roster changes as of late, replacing several backups with newly scouted players who are solid and will contribute in the upcoming games.

We also want to take the opportunity to congratulate the Kattem Maulers with finishing 2nd in the regional cup, and the Kristiansand Sharks with finishing in the final 4. There may be very few Norwegian teams, but the majority of them are well managed - keep it up!
