OK we decided to put this one to the vote of the NT managers, since they are the ones being affected by it.

We have a NT manager that didn't read the rules about the number of call-ups available to him. He called 50 and removed a bunch of them so now the team isn't really competitive and will be cannon fodder.

So we came to 3 possible options:
1.) Remove the NT manager, reset the team and give a chance to the second most voted manager
2.) Give the manager limited number of new call-ups (20)
3.) Leave the team as it is and let the country pay for the managers haste

I'm leaning towards 2. Perhaps a 4th way would be to only allow him to recall any of the 50 he originally picked but then dropped, as presumably he has now seen their stats - rather than potentially checking out 70 different players.
