I think that only shows up if you have a supporter account. If not, then you would find out after you tried to train up either speed or strength. You can always try to ask the owner, prior to the purchase. I think there are plenty of managers that don't mind sharing this information with interested buyers

Strength and speed caps are "created" with the day the player is "born" and are "invisible" until they are reached. Then can be seen on player's training details tab.

ADVICE:
That is way I personally buy/invite young players with high SP/ST skills and train this skills to cap values and only after I know player's ST/SP limitations I decide what to do.

Fitness skills are also excluded from salary system.

I know who there teams are. But when i contacted them they gave me a years worth of supporter account to make sure i told no one!
