No i just put it at fitness so no other skill goes up
You only put it in focus if you want to train it QUICKLY
if you just want both stamina and strength but with not urgency, its better to just put it in no focus.

You lose some when you focus as well

i train both because it easier to train both

Again speed WILL NOT change the game
it is not important as most think
you can go without it for a while

I wont say speed is vital, but i will say it does affect different positions in different ways...

which is why i guess it makes more sense to use focus on when training physicals because you can train the important physical quicker and train physicals longer than u can without focus

I agree that SPEED will not give you TDs. All you have to do is break 2 (or 3) tackles and its a TD.

I will argue that SPEED makes a difference on plays that are not TDs.

i can say, i have two defensive ends, ohe with 16 speed, 11 strength and 5 agi and one with 11 speed, 15 strength and 6 agi. the one with speed gets almost every match at least one sack, the other one gets that rarely.
and also for safetys in my opinion speed matters, the faster they are the less yards wins a running back if he gets pass the first two lines.

maybe strength is much more important, but if anyone says to me, that speed doesnt matter, then i can only disagree.

i have the exact opposite
My 2 DE have a 6 Speed difference yet the performance is almost the same
