hmm..i'm not sure BPOS can ever break the limit like skills do, have a lot of players with maxed out BPOS and have never seen any go above the predefined max.
Skills, yes indeedy, these can improve, but not convinced about BPOS

my belief with QB is to chase the best possible guy as soon as possible so your main man is piling up the experience. i've been starting the same guy at QB since i started and he's only really coming into his own over the last season or so...

I don't know from fact, but this is what I read in the center for rookies. Please note the final paragraph:

Talent

Talent does not just affect the maximum skill levels that a player can reach. It also restricts a players positional rating. The following table shows this:

I think that last paragraph is wrong. I never saw anybody with higher BPOS than limit.

Yeah, I don't think you can go over the BPOS once it hits its limit.
