I hardly ever get any pass completions. My QB has passing of 7 (the highest in my team) - does does everyone else fair with passing esp in the early days of your team. Any tips?

I think everyone's passing game is totally useless in the early days. I am one season in and my WR's still couldn't catch a cold during a flu epidemic . I think the best way is to concentrate on the running game early on.

Good luck

The o-line when u start out is not strong. You can try using your HBs as FBs to get a small boost to the blocking, which might increase pass completions. (I am assuming your QB is intelligent. A QB with 3-4 passing & 19-20 intelligence would complete a few more passes than a Qb with 7 passing & 15 intelligence). The quality of WR matters too....So for a bad completion % you need one of the 3 to be bad

Other than that Ewthing he said. So well ewen if you ewentually plan to have a run and shoot offense, run the ball a bit more to win against bot opponents till your game-time ratings for Qb and O-line are >2

All the blame is not on your QB, the WR's and TE need to have descent skills also (along with your o-line) as stated above. It's a total "team" effort.
Takes a few seasons of training all your offensive positions before your passing game takes off....heck I have been here since day one and I avg. around 35% pass completions. It's a long process.

Yep, hang in there, my QB is 7 passing, vision and footwork and 35% completion is about the best he has done. Just keep working on all the offense and building their physicals, bpos and tc (if they are new on your team)

So, the most important skill for a QB is intelligence if you want to play pass. How do you know that, is it written somewhere what is the most important skill for each position ? Because I would assume that a QB very intelligent but that has only 5 on passing, no speed, no vision and no footwork will never complete a pass... but that's in real life...?!

Thanks

I would say if you are looking for QB, you go Intelligence first, then consistency and then passing. Talent is fairly important for long term QB strategy. How do you know the most important things for any position? Well some of it is personal opinion. There are also some helpful features on the player page if you have the greasemonkey scripts, you can use the "highlight skills" feature for each position and it will make green the most important skills, blue the secondary skills and yellow the ones that are helpful, but not as important. These are helpful, but you are welcome to test and explore other ways

It's not in the FAQ, but a Admin once stated that High Int. is important for QB's and Lb's and least important for the o-line and d-line.

Can you tell us more about this script ? What is it, does it need installation, supporter account...?!
