Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you've made a mistake in your calculations. Usually you play one week at home and the other away, so that means that it will take twice the tame to recover the initial costs.

Normal seats 8,93 x 2 = 17,86
Executive seats 6,06 x 2 = 12,02
VIP seats 6,19 x 2 = 12,39

You're correct Cane10

However, you can improve weekly income using seats by holding a friendly, whereas a Club Shop income is once a week only.
So those times can be multiplied by 0.8 assuming you can book a friendly every week as well
0.5 price tickets x 0.5 (half total goes to each team) = 0.25
So 1/1.25 = 0.8 of your doubled figures

Here's a question for the admin's on the club shop.. as the income is somewhat variable and is based a lot on cumulative wins, does this calculation begin from Day 1 and is applied when you build a shop, or does the calculation begin on the day the shop is finished?
i.e. If you win 10 games in a row, then build your shop, is your first weeks income after construction improved by those 10 wins? Or does it start at base level ignoring what happened before it's opening, and you need to win more in a row to get the benefits?

Calculation for the Club Shop income is done on the basis of last results.

When the constructions finishes, you don't start from scratch, the saga continues ...
For example: If you win 10 games in a row [BTW great manager ] and the last two games (i.e. league and friendly) you were building the Club Shop, after the construction is done all 10 games (8 without Club Shop + 2 games building time) are accounted for.

I assume not, as the Club Shop is based upon League position, what League level, so I assume only League matches too....

You are right...
- Earnings increase for 5% to 10%, if your team won the last league match
- Earnings decrease for 5% to 10%, if your team lost the last league match

But still I don't get that Admin comment about "League and Friendly matches" account for Club Shop !?
