I was just wondering, When is the best time to buy a training hall. How big should my stadium be to buy it. I was just wondering, so I don't buy it to soon.

For me, after I had maxed out VIP/Exec, but not everybody builds the same way. It really depends on what you feel your team needs. Then again, if you've got 2mil sittin in the bank, I can't think of a better use for it.

the order i did things in was;

-threw everything into stadium.
-once was earning about 350k a week, bought fitness center and 20 fitness coaches.
-back to developing stadium
-once earning about 500k a week bought 20 Def coaches
-once earning about 800k saved up, bought training center
-then when earning about 1 mil maxed out coaches.

(this will take longer than a season to achieve, so end of season bonuses also play a part..)

this is probably slightly conservative, and could almost certainly be streamlined to be more financially efficient, but i've always worked on the principle of being affluent first and then buy all the treats, rather than ever finding yourself in money woes..

similar mentality to me.... although my overall strategy is a little different, in that due to an inability to promote last season i decided to go an alternate route...

Starting off i have no players over 19 (it was 18 but then a new season happened lol) and dont plan on signing any players over 18, all the players (bar 2) have wages below $3000. This gives me a low player salary. I have built the stadium with Exec and VIP seats (still needs more work, but will be finished that phase in the next month or by mid season at least).

In order to keep salaries low, and also to help place players in the correct positions, i have been training all players in fitness, and to that end have 20 fintess coaching and fully upgraded fitness center.

When will i add a training hall.... well when i can afford to pay for the weekly upkeep, and can afford for my players wages to triple (at least), that way i know i can afford it and the increased salaries it brings.

this was my one

-threw everything into stadium.
-whe VIP done, bought fitness center with upgrades and 20 fitness coaches and 20 defense coaches.
-back to developing stadium
-with 100% VIP and 50% exec, bought training center with upgrades and 20 offense coach and 19 tactics coach (not enough money for 20)
-with 100% VIP and 70% exec, bought youth academy without upgrade and clubshop with upgrades

the last 2 actions were to early, I was near a financial collapse in last offseason, only the "Salary Curve uncovered" brought me back to normal operations...I was in trouble due the raised player wages, not due the weekly costs for maintencance and coaches.

Now I am out of financial trouble since my VIP/Exec is fully build...

yeah..good point is made in being able to afford the resulting salaries from the increased training. (hence my conservative approach to it)

I have a fully upgraded club shop too. The ROI depends on league position, and I was #1 the whole season 3. In this case the ROI is quite similar to regular seats, without the 2 week penalty of a closed stand due construction...
