I've just started out and all my coaching team stats are 1. Im looking to improve all over but costs but mainly on attacking defending and fitness. What would a good rating for a coach be, considering it goes from 1-20 but the higher i go i cant afford the coaches???


Could ppl tell me what they went with so i maybe get an idea of what way to go!!!!!

The first upgrade I did was 5's in everything. Then in the first offseason(when I got quite a bit of bonus money), I upped it to 10's everywhere and 20 fitness.

Now I'm at 15-15-15-10-20. Will probably be maxed after this season.

My advice to anyone fairly new is to keep building your stadium, and then worry about coaches in the offseason. You'll get bonus money for where you finish in your league and the Cup, and this is the perfect time to get a nice stadium upgrade along with a coaching upgrade.

Agreed on that. Plus, from things that some have seen, stamina plays a HUGE role in the 2nd and 4th. I've beaten some teams I thought I had no business competing with, and the only thing I can guess caused it was the stamina I gained by training nothing but that in the last couple of years.

another question linked to this... say you hire 20 fitness coaches, its 90k sign on fee, 30k per week, and you need to have 300k to allow you to sign them, question is, once there signed, is that 300k locked away or could you then use it to build stadium?
