Another reason to start with the fitness coach is because you can improve your players without having to pay them more salary. Speed, strength, and stamina are not tied into the salary you pay your player. Whatever attribute is the highest outside of those is what your salary is based off of. So if you train everyone in attacking or defense, then your salaries will reach a point that you can't handle.

Good luck, and welcome!

Agreed on that. Plus, from things that some have seen, stamina plays a HUGE role in the 2nd and 4th. I've beaten some teams I thought I had no business competing with, and the only thing I can guess caused it was the stamina I gained by training nothing but that in the last couple of years.

I've seen you say this a couple times. What is the average stamina your guys have? I won't play anyone with less than 5 stamina (if I can help it), but I don't have anyone over 10. Just trying to get a gauge of where I should have my guys.

Of the players I've been training on stamina(everyone but my OL and QB's, they've been getting footwork and passing), my average is about 10. Highest is 15, lowest is 6. The 6 is a 32 year old who is probably about to retire, and is losing points from week to week.

I think with stamina in the teens explains a little why buckeye has become adept at coming back from the dead and winning at the death, will take a very good team to stop him

What I'm worried about is the overall lack of skills some of my players have because of it though. If a team gets hots early in the game against me, no amount of stamina will bring me back.

To the rest, no problem. I'm actually glad you asked me, because I haven't been paying much attention to it lately. I knew I wanted to train it for at least the rest of this season, and just forgot to check. Now I know and can plan my next training for next season.
