edit: one more thing, you still didn't answer if it is just 32+7, or 32+10+7.



It is 32+7+10. The Bar is at the end of the Endzone!

lets see its 4th and 13 at the 39 I say try for FG with less then 40 and it tries a run play. I also say go for it on 4th with a yard or less.

4th-13-LA 61 Rush Lucas Judy runs for -1 yards. Tackled by Stephen Beller.

At the moment when closer than 40 yards your players try to play the ball. Punting at that distance would mean the ball landing only a few yards further. Since this was a much discussed topic we decided that until next season this would be the most fair solution

Yea i had a lot of that mostly go on 4th down when i said NEVER do it....resulted in a game loss

That is not my problem... I ordered to kick a FG when less then 40 on 4th down.

39 + 17 is 46 > 40

you have to add 17 yards, because the kicker is 7 yards behind the line of scrimmage and the goalposts are at the end of the endzone + 10 yards. so that try would have been a 46 yard fildgoaltry!
