Although not a complete rookie anymore I am looking for some advice if anyone is willing to dispense.

I know the importance of building your stadium, which is pretty much all i did last year and what I will do mostly this year, however I am also aware that I need to start paying more attention to my training.

so in order to improve my players "pops" and get my guys up to speed quicker which would be the best way to do it?

A training hall, or improve my coaches 1st. ATM my coaches are only level 2 which contributes 12,500 to my weekly costs.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

a trainingshall is really expensive..maybe too expensive for the 5th devision... so if i were you, i'd go for upgrading my coaches

traininghall has a high price but compared to coaches low weekly costs. You will need to make a calculation.

currently have 327K in bank, if I remember rightly we gotta have enough to pay 10 weeks wages, which comes out as a lump sum when changing coaching staff?

I've looked at my team, and it I only have 1 guy who has maxed out in any fitness attribute. With this past league game I'm going to purchase a coach with a 20 fitness skill to go along with my fitness center. I should average 9 or 10 pops a week, and I'll be able to save the extra money I would have used if I had gone with full coaches to finish construction of my VIP/Exec seats before this offseason. But it really depends on what direction you want to build your team in.

think it's worth it?

that's adding 25K a week to my costs, although at the moment I am running at a profit (not sure how much per week) and just finishing construction on my stadium that'll take it to approx 3700 cap. Aim to have that over 5000 before long

That's not possible with 327k cash...

You need on account: 37500 * 10 + 112500 = 487500

even just doubling all my coaches to level 4 is gonna cost me 325K
