Personal experience, Coaches.

Coaches

Advantages

> 20 additional points is a huge bonus!
> Choose what kind of training you would like to focus on
> The money needed to pay 10 weeks of wages is not paid abruptly, so you get that money back, in theory.

Disadvantages

> If you do not purchase all coaches at 20 skill level, you will take signing on income hits (Of course, most people cannot afford 20/20/20/20/20 in one hit, but I am just stating it)
> Wages are high

Training Hall

Advantages

> A potential +20 training points
> After the construction hit, upgrades are quite cheap

Disadvantages

> Initial construction is quite high.

I went for a fitness centre and a 20 fitness coach initially.

This will give the most training points than any other training focus.

Also, wages are not based on fitness attributes.

Tip: Make the decision based on your economy and level of your team.

Hope this helps.

Guru back at it again and a lot of good info myself i went coaches first then coaches again this season i HAD to go for stadium if im ever going to make any cash with this team

but coaches versus training hall is one of the hardest things to figure out as you cant take it back once you spend the money for me i weighed out my options since i had a good team built already coaches was better for me maybe season 4 ill get into the buildings such as the training hall

I went coaches first, then the hall. My coaches are 10-10-10-10-20, but with the new player salary increases there was just no way I could afford to higher even better ones this off season. So this year I added the training hall, and in the future I will continue to max out my coaches.

Well i guess i got lucky as my salary didnt go up that much i had 2 high paying guys retire and some of the other vets got a pay raise thats not much more than what im paying now i expect a large one just glad it wasnt more than expected

Coaches first is always best...but thats just my view

Im in my second Season,
and im going Stadium first.
Maybe till the end of the Season.
Training Hall costs nearly one Million plus upgrades.
So its no chance im buying it this year.
With Coaches i wait till next Season.
When i found all my Players for my Team.
So for all the Newbees, Build your Stadium
to at least 1000 ViP and 4000 Exec.
Before buyin any Coaches or Buildings.
