Valid points all of you

Just for example:

This is my third season. My first season I built my stadium and eventually bought a 20 fitness coach and a 20 tactical coach in the offseason.

During my second season, more stadium expansion, a fully upgraded fitness centre and a fully upgraded club shop. I had the fitness centre very early as I knew from the start that I wanted to trainin fitness.

In the current offseason, I purchased 20/20/20/20/20 coaches as the wages increase did not hit me as hard as many other users, due to the fact that fitness does not increase wages.

I'd agree with Guru about the fitness coach first.
That's what I did last season and concentrated on stamina, speed and strength training, especially stamina.
As a result in the off season my wages only increased 30k and it seemed to help the team do well last season.

I'm as much of a newbie as many reading this for direction, but I decided to buy level 12 fitness coaches and a fully upgraded FC this off season. This season, I will continue to build the stadium up and hopefully get a training hall. If I win enough games, I will get to level 20 coaches this following off season depending on the changes to player salaries. If salaries increase too much, then I will continue stadium building and try to save enough during season 4 to get those level 20 coaches all at once.

As a note of clarification, I would NOT have bought better coaches except for purchasing the fully upgraded fitness center. In doing that, I needed to make sure I got as much benefit from that as possible. If I were to choose strictly from coaching vs training hall, I would go with the training hall because you actually need less money in hand for that even though most of the money on coaches doesn't actually leave your hand. But, that's just me.

There a lot of ways you can go on this myself i went all training for the first 1 and a half seasons till i needed cash built some seats then went back to training/coaches only just this season did i really sink a LOT of cash into the stadium as i got tired of the 8-10k weekly profit

it really comes down to your personal if you think its good then put it into stadium or if you dont mind losing then put everything into stadium and dont train (train on low)
