I think I've read most of the threads on the new salary increases, but want to be sure. Salary for next season is going to be based on the highest trained stat, correct? So, Intelligence, Teamwork, and Consistency, do not count but Speed & Strength do?

Close, but not quite.. it will be based on the highest non capped skill. So strength and speed do not count

Would Stamina be included in that group too?

I was asking myself the same thing But i think stamina will go in the fitness group since every player can max stamina out to 20

I can say that should be a resounding yes. If stamina weren't included, eventually all your players would be making max salaries. It'd be illogical..I would think..lol

Haha yeah, I agree that some may be in trouble. If they are vets and fiscally sound in the first place, they should be ok. I was also writing with the newbie in mind. Most of the changes will seemingly affect the vets more than the newbies. IMHO the newer players really don't need to be too worried and can still stock up on players for their team's future. I certainly will be.

As we now know, a newer player's costs naturally won't increase much. It seems to me that as long as a team's players don't already have over 10+ in any one stat, even most vets should be fine. The new changes will be nice to have IMO and should really put everyone one a more even playing field. I can't wait.
