i know that Football is a team game. But which is the most important positions in a team? That position that can make a difference?

QB?
RB?
WR?

I think most will agree that there isn't such thing as "the most important position" in football.
But if you really want an answer, I'd say that RB is the most important pos as far as this game is concerned when we're talking about offense.
As for real life football, many will say QB is the answer. But he's nothing without a solid OL and WRs who are at least competent.

Well, this is a long (and probably endless) discussion.

I agree, and RB is a little bit more important than the other very important guys on the field

To me the most important is your Offensive Line and/or your Tackles i guess i might be alone in this but the next important is your running back

In this game... who knows.

In real football, quarterback is the single most important position (usually). The most important part of the game is the line of scrimmage. Whoever has the edge on the offensive line/defensive line will often control the game.

But of course there are always exceptions. See Pittsburgh Steelers of 2008 who didn't have much of an offenive line. See Barry Sanders' entire career, he never really had much of an offensive line (or team). So, there are always exceptions.

I agree. I think the line is the important area in real football.

In terms of GI, Running Back.

I have to agree with those who said OL. Without an OL the only thing you have is a naked qb and rb. They don't call the OL/DL fight the trenchs for nothing.

They say the game is won and lost in the trenches.

In this game, OLine and RB are very important.

I would go with RB too, but sometimes an opponent with good run stopping can really make your running play very ineffective.

In the last league match against a human opponent I won 7-48 my RB had 5 touchdowns, 19 carries, 258 yards and 13,58 average. In my last friendly i lost 28-10 and the same RB had 0 touchdowns, 26 carries, 36 yards and 1,31 average

In defence, LB's seem to get to most tackles for me.
