Will you bring out a guide for which skills are needed for which positions?

Do players get extra training by playing a match, or do all players receive the same amount of training?

Playing games has no effect on training only on rating, experience and team chemistry

If a player changes his best position, do his talent stars change?
i.e. Do the talent stars reflect his talent at the skills that suit his best position or do they reflect his talent at all skills?
