i feel that among the afc east teams after the draft dolphins look on top. patriots lost their secondary and wilfork no way anyone can replace that and hightower had hip surgery a month or so ago and isnt expected to play much during the season. bills have no qb and every team in the division can play well against the run now so have fun going 5-11 buffalo. jets got williams but people think hes going to make a difference? no hes not going to play, i understand the best player available philosophy but it didnt help ny at all this season williams will barely see the field and its not like wilkerson is retiring soon anyway. also not a fan of his first step very slow. jets have no linebacker depth and the offense will not be fun to watch at all. every team thinks they are going to be able to run the ball which i hilarious. dolphins jets and bills all have elite d lines and patriots d line isnt too shabby. will be patriots and dolphins at the top depending on which o line stays healthier.

You didn't learn a lot from your bold prediction of last season.

I agree on most things but Leonard Williams is a freak and can dominate a game. It's just that they already have a couple of similar players, they might end up trading Wilkerson.

The division will be tough but we have a better chance to win it than Buffalo and NEw York, mainly due to better QB/offensive system. As for the PAtriots I'm betting hard on Superbowl hangover, they lost some talent but that has never been a issue, they could turn Dion Jordan into a respectable player.

It will be the Patriots, once again. If history shows anything, it's that they will be in the mix. Until one of the other teams changes that, the predictions I'm reading are just pipe dreams. Buffalo is in trouble, the Jets, well, they are the Jets. The Dolphins stand the best chance to stir up things, but can they get their act together in the locker room. I question management here, plain and simple. Your team is a product of the locker room, coaches and management. We'll see, but it's the Patriots most likely, once again

I'd tend to agree.

While I don't think Buffalo will crash and burn as bad, I think they are gonna have 8-8 season or close, but with a lot of their losses being by less than a touchdown. I don't think their offense will have the closing power it needs.

Miami's offense is still mid range, nothing wow. Defense will be interesting. Same goes for New York, but with less offensive power than Miami.

New England I think is gonna struggle defensively, but the magician Belichick always finds a way to make things work better than they should. Although this is probably gonna be the Pats most difficult season in a decade plus. All teams seem to have the ability to reach .500 at a minimum.

NE 9-12 wins
MIA 7-10 wins
BUF 7-10 wins
NYJ 4-7 wins

New England are still winning this division for me too and sadly I can't see the others making the playoffs but hopefully I am wrong here. Playing AFC South and NFC East might help pick up a few extra wins as these are 2 of the weaker divisions in my opinion

Yup, I don't see anyone (except Pats) in this division getting past the Chargers, Chiefs, Ravens and Bengals. The AFC really firmed up n the middle last season.

This division though will be interesting watching. Miami, Buffalo and New York all have made huge changes over the offseason. Predictions are fraught with danger.

He has progressively got better and better. Was looking like a bust a few seasons ago. But then he didn't have a lot of talent around him. The talent around him is really allowing him to achieve now.
