I'm kind of losing faith on the goodness of the roster. The coaching staff is making them no favors but we have no depth (Ulrick John is 2nd string LT) and pretty large holes in the starters group. Sheppard makes me sick.

Interestingly, there is no mention of the horrible QB. I've said it before and I'll say it again. $&!+ flows downhill, so one only needs to look at upper management to find the problems here. A collection of talent mismanaged is still a mismanaged team and will rarely find success. To overcome this obstacle, the talent has to be so over the top, that they can actually manage themselves, despite the lack of upper management. Yeah, it's guys like this that make me question the credibility of all the analysts that rate NFL players. You listen to them and they blast a Tebow from the get go, have him completely change all his throwing motions that set SEC records an high school records, then completely rip him apart and say there is no way he will ever make it. Thus ending his career before it even could get off the ground. Granted, he may have never made it anyway, but these other guys get 2, 3 and even more years to stumble along before they are chased off, make it or relegated to career journey man status and called upon til the end of time whenever an injury pops up to another starter. These other guys I speak of, such as Tannefail are praised to no end, even including every telecast I've tuned into this season. He will stick around until I'm too old to even care anymore, but why? Dude chokes it up so often he is eligible for an honorary doctorate to combat cardiopulmonary resuscitation and makes a mockery of the position. Tebow would win more games in Miami than Tannefail. This is not a plug for Tebow to get another shot or that he would be great or anything like that. It's just the joke that analysts really are, how they have such influence over the guys that get a decent shot to make it and the ones that are ridiculed right out of the league. This leaves us fans clinging to a whole lot of false hopes that these analysts are supposed to be right and it's just a matter of time until Tannefail becomes then next Brady. Well they don't have me fooled. I watch the guy and know what I'm looking at. He's a joke and occasionally finds a groove and looks decent, but for the most part, he's horrible and not my pick to take the phins out of the dumps. Rant #2543

Well, I did mention something about $*&*^ flowing downhill. So maybe some of them are legit, just mismanaged. Hopefully they figure things out at some point. Just a vat for wasting talent right now and mixing in guys that just aren't as good as the hype
