And to be fair, any team 7-9 or worse when placed with the Lions would combine for less wins than the Broncos.

First step would be time consuming, expensive, but also possibly the last step.

You'd have to get permission from the NFL and it's teams to use their logos. At which point if the NFL liked the idea, they'd just do it themselves.
