Looking strong, guys. Remember though, match rating is notoriously unreliable and no guarantee of who will win.

I say this mostly because my sole USA representative this cycle pulled in only a 4.5* rating on defence, but he's clearly the best player ever. Don't be fooled by his 0 tackle game, he's so good the Hungarians didn't even put a receiver on his side of the field!

Also, kind of jealous you even need a multi-coach scouting effort. Our pool is so small, we just do it via the 50 callups (before then noting down builds and tossing them off the team again).

I will give your team 5 scouts for the remainder of this season to use on any players you like. Just send me the player ID's when you like. I don't want any WC team feeling jealous.

You are absolutely correct on the match rating............wouldn't it be interesting to know how it all works. I would say there is nothing more frustrating in the game than the start and end game ratings.

There is nothing worse than nailing 10-12 5* ratings from the starters, keep in mind, you don't get to see these until the game is over...........and so you click over after witnessing a ridiculously pathetic losing effort expecting to see the worst ever start game ratings your team could ever imaginably produce and WHAMO, IN YOUR FACE, you kicked that teams @$$ in the start game ratings. Makes ya feel like you haven't got a clue

Yeah sometimes it seems like high game ratings result in a win, other times not. This leads me to believe that either
A: They are only a small part of what goes into overall performance

B. They are a large part, but randomness can knock it out sometimes

or C. They mean basically nothing

I would say probably A

I have a soft spot for Columbia... My father taught and coached there for over 20 years. Oh wait, you mean the country, not the city. Yeah, pound'em!
