Seems that my players works really hard

I am afraid, there is something wrong. Each week I had at least 3 or 4 players that made progress. In offseason I bought some trainers, last week 6 or 7 players on the report, this week no one? Sounds not good to me! When going backwards I received each week a report since I started playing GI...
