Mm-hmm, that's right. Well, partially right, anyway. Training depends on the players teamwork ability as well.

For example, you decide to train your QB in passing (attacking) with a teamwork ability of 20 and his training coach level is 2. The formula is 10 points (+/-2) + (teamwork/2) + coach skill, so he'd get 10 (+/-2) + 10 +2 = 20 to 24 points per week for training with that coach.

You're right about the age factor. I didn't let him know how that affects older players. I left out the training hall stats because I'm pretty sure that he doesn't have one yet, being new to the game and all...ahhh, who am I kiddin'? You caught me there, too.
