What if any benefits would a 4 talent have over a 3.5 talent. Possible higher skills set available? I know bpos is the same. Thanks

I don't think BPOS would be the same. The 3.5 talent would max at 4.5 BPOS wouldnt he? And the 4 would max at 5 BPOS

And all non physical skills on the 4* talent would have a soft cap of 18, and the 3.5 talent would have a soft cap of 17, not a big difference though

3.5 star soft caps at 17 skills, and max bpos 4.5. 4 star soft caps at 18 skills, and also max bpos 4.5. The only difference is the guarantee of 18 skills for a 4 star player.

Although BPOS is the same visually, am I wrong in assuming that 3.5* would give a calaculation number of 17 an 4* would give a calculation number of 18.

Always thought that could be a benefit of having 4*s

That is correct, but skills can go above the "max" as they are a soft cap. There's no guarantee but it can happen. So a 3.5* has a chance to get to 18 skills, whereas a 4* is guaranteed, and may go higher.

Does a 4* have a higher guaranteed BPOS number?

No, both 3.5* and 4* will max bpos at 4.5.
