And since you seldom (at least in my case) never will go above 14/15 on skills, talent does not matter when talking 3,5 / 4 star talented players. The static 'skills' (INT/CON/TW/AGG) are more important and hopefully so weight and height in the future.

With regards to skills talent doesnt effect much. With regard to BPOS talent plays a big role. 3.5 or 4.0 talent no difference in the scheme of things.

Should actually note that 'Max Cap' is misleading since it is the 'soft cap'. A player does have a chance of training past this level. See FAQ.
