Wish I could help directly with the above, but like the rest of the team, everyone is a season or two off.

Next season though, you'll have an aussie WR (or TE depending on strength) with 15 consistency and 20 speed and an LB with at least 19 speed and 14 strength (though after this week, I'll know whether his speed is capped). They just lack catching/tackling respectively and in the WR's case, BPOS. Unfortunately both cap out at only 4.5 star BPOS, but otherwise have midrange consistency and intel.

Other than those two though, I can't say I'm having much luck with youth pulls and my starting team was mostly rubbish. A couple of 4 and 4.5 star talents I have pulled have started to cap really, REALLY low and have terrible intel/consistency so I can't even use them for something like kicker.

EDIT: 12, 12, 10, 13, are the recent caps I've achieved on Aussie mostly 4.5 talent.

Okay aussies coaches,

This is what we need:-

WRs with 15+ catching and high consistency
DLs with 15+ tackling and high stamina
LBs with 15+ tackling and high physicals

LBs and CBs need the most work. A clearing out most of the LBs is needed, so if you got someone good on your roster, don't be shy.

But if you got any player that is not on the National Team roster and has main skills for 15+ and physicals of 15+ also, don't be shy also.

Good luck with that...

Hmm? Why not aim high while you're at it?

My team is roughly two seasons old (first season was only half, plus this half, plus the entire of last season) and with a third full season I'd have two Aussie players close to those requirements. To ask around to see whether any of you older salts have players around those requirements hardly seems unrealistic!

I think you and your brother both need to grow up. The immature remarks from both of you has just proven that you are green with envy at your lack of selection at being the National Team coach.

Remember it wasn't just me that did not vote for you. It was the Australian community as a whole. Please think really hard as to why you didn't get selected. If you are gonna have a dummy spit about it, then best just go sit in the corner and play with your rattle.

The reason I have made some changes is to improve the team. Last few seasons, it is well know we struggled for talent at CB. Now you wanna say no to fixing that issue.

And as for changing the team. I am only looking at changing 2 starters of the 27 starters from the previous Cup roster.

If you have nothing to add that will imporve the chances of our National Team, then it might be best you just don't bother returning to this thread again.

Hey listen here you mate. Its got nothing to do with me what he says to you. The guy hates me more than you! I said good luck with that to find these special players that are superstars.
Now take your dummy off the ground.

Good luck with your Aussie team and do your best.
I hope you do great job and i will have my time soon....especially, after i take out TD! hehehe...
My second season in TD is going good and if i do better this season, i hope that will convince the voters (whom ever they may be) that i can have a go ...

My apologies then to your good sir. Thank you for the vote of confidence. I have no issues with you doing the job, as a very smart coach, as proven in Oceania TD, I think you have the brains to do something special.

I hope to do the Aussie community proud. I do have big coaches shoes to fill. And as the previous coach continuly improved the team each cycle, and I do worry that I am not good enough to do the same.

I hope you don't think that's going to be very soon.
