If they are older or have bad skills/consistency/caps...I think they can sell for as little as $50k.

However, if they are a young, stud QB of the future -- $3-5M.

Height alone doesn't play into too many factors in the game engine, it's more about the skills atm.

Base your asking price/buying price on their capabilities. But bear in mind the effect their skills will have on your wage budget.

height definetly is an important 'skill' at the moment if you want to sell somebody. Young guys like the one you sold will not be able to play for seasons to come, and when he is ready the new engine will (probably) be here, and in that new engine height plays a role.

If the guy you sold was only 6 foot he would have never went for that price he went for now.

Yeah, in the future, when(If) the new "Engine" comes out then all these other factors will come into play.
